ChatBox-1 is a portable communication device that can be used to speak messages either by pressing the buttons on the keyboard or by using an optional switch for scanning. This device holds ten minutes of recorded messages which can be stored on four separate overlays. ChatBox-DX is a portable communication device that has 10 minutes of recording time. It has all of the features of the ChatBox-1 but also has auditory scanning, can be used with optional switches and its keyboard can be configured for either 4 or 16 locations. |

ChatBox40 features 30 minutes of digitized (recorded) speech. The keyboard can support 10 large keys or 40 standard-sized keys. ChatBox40 also supports single switch, dual switch, and joystick scanning options for individuals who are unable to press buttons. |
